Mission & Outreach

Love Now

All people matter to God, and all people need to know they matter to God. The best way they’ll know that is for you and me to show them. And here’s the beautiful thing: when people realize they matter to Jesus, Jesus may begin to matter to them!

At Parkgate, we want to live on mission by serving both locally and globally. Below are the ministries that we support through prayer, trips, service opportunities, and financial support.

OUR PARTNERS

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."

Matthew 28:19-20a

Local Partners

The Community Pregnancy Center in Pasadena offers free, confidential, and non-judgmental services about pregnancy, parenting, and adoption.
The Elijah Rising Restorative Care Program (ERRC) specializes in providing high-quality residential care to women who have experienced sexual exploitation.

Habitat for Humanity of Pasadena is committed to a single goal: helping everyone have a decent place to live.
The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, known as The Bridge, offers support, provides safety, and works to prevent domestic and sexual violence.
The Wheelhouse works to provide a supportive environment and recovery tools where men can free themselves from the grip of alcohol and drug addiction to return to society as functional, useful, and responsible members.

Global Partners

Abby Feeback serves with FAMM (For All Mankind Movement) to reach, equip, and send local leaders in South Asia to make disciples and establish churches among the unreached. FAMM is based in Houston. Abby facilitates pre-trip and post-trip preparations and debriefs the short-term mission trips that FAMM invites partner churches to join. She goes on some of these trips to provide cross-cultural intelligence and to facilitate logistics for other mobilization programs in the US and in South Asia.
Global Strategy, a division of Church of God Ministries, works alongside the local church globally, pursuing the development of healthy churches that are locally led and sustained.
Adoption Care: God calls us to care for orphans (James 1:27), and adoption is a powerful way to show His love. Through adoption and adoption support (clothing, housing, recourses, etc.), we become the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need. Working with various local organizations, Parkgate is helping the most vulnerable in our community.
